My twin sister, Nannie, gave me your great magazine for our 50th birthday, It is the same year I decided to have some egg layers for our bed and breakfast in New Hampshire.This is my Barred Rock hen. She is so much like an eagle in this shot. She told me "The sky is NOT falling!" Her name is Ruby and she is 5 months old. The girls just started laying eggs! I just love my chickens and one rooster named Mr. Man.
